The Vaticano Museums are open! was the first project I deeply enjoyed doing. I was so involved with it, that it felt really good when my colleagues would look at these posters and say “These definitely make me want to go to the museums”. That was the main purpose of the project, to attract a young audience to visit the Vaticano Museums.
As the majority of young people don't go there because they are not interested in religion or art, this project aims to show them that there is more to see than those topics that they find boring. These three posters manifest what the museums have but hide... what the church censures. The goal of teasing young people and making them curious about what they can find in that 'sacred' place was in this way accomplished!
For this project, I developed a style that my teacher described as "so unique, something he has never seen before".
