Through visual metaphors, Mind the Gap portrays the gender equality gaps that prevail in the workplace and in the creative industries. Each photograph covers a different affair, from motherhood discrimination to the gender pay gap, from the broken rung to the lack of creative mentors that young women can identify with.
This project was part of OFFF Academy, a 7 months Creative Mentorship powered by Adobe. I was selected as the photography mentee and Paloma Rincon was my mentor. The final project was revealed at OFFF Barcelona 2021.
